Choose either standard business hours or 24 x 7 response coverage. In the unlikely event of hardware failure, the Express service provides guaranteed advance hardware replacement. Choose either four hour or next business day response to ensure minimal network downtime. Software upgrades ensure that Express customers optimize network performance by gaining access to the most recent versions of 3Com software. Sophisticated Web tools help customers track phone support cases, proactively resolve network problems, and receive requested information at the desktop. This warranty applies to the fifteenth category products (products with a price lying between 3801$ and 4800$).
