This is the Compaq HB1112 16-port 10Base-T Unmanaged Hub. Compaq offers a solution to help small and home offices around the world develop their business through network communications. With the Compaq HB1100 Series Unmanaged Hubs, small and home offices can have LAN connectivity with high performance and reliability at a very affordable price. Now the small and home office market can have LAN connectivity at an affordable price with the Compaq HB1112 Series 10Base-T Unmanaged Hubs (16 RJ-45 ports w/1 uplink port, 1 fixed BNC port, and 1 fixed AUI port). Compaq HB1112 Series 10Base-T Unmanaged Hubs can be linked together in a simple LAN configuration through the uplink port without configuration software or switches. The HB1112 offers flexible configuration options - the HB1112 has 1 fixed BNC and 1 fixed AUI port-for backbone connections to existing 10Base-2 and 10Base-5 LANs. The HB1112 auto-senses between the BNC and AUI ports-the AUI port will take precedence if both are connected. Multicolored LEDs indicate the hubs' overall status including power, link, collision, port partition, and port traffic. The network utilization monitor indicates the network's performance for easy management and troubleshooting.
