D-Link DI-304 is an all-in-one small office router, which allows users to send/receive data at 64Kbps or 128Kbps over an ISDN BRI Line or DSL/Cable connection. With data compression included as a standard feature, the data transfer rate can be further increased. This router has 4 Ethernet/Fast Ethernet 10/100Mbps switch ports built into it to provide the small or home office users with an all-in-one solution. The built-in switch feature saves users the time and trouble of purchasing and installing a separate switch by allowing 4 separate workstations to directly connect to the ISDN router. All the switch ports are 10/100Mbps so allow connection to both 10 and 100Mbps devices without any configuration. The remote router supports Network Address Translator (NAT), which allows the network to support multiple users from a single shared IP address for cost savings and enhanced security. Features such as password protection for the Web management browser, PAP and CHAP protocols are supported for remote access users. Customizable firewall filtering is provided for control of access to and from the network.
