The perfect solution for WAN applications, this PC Card gives users the power of 56Kbps/V.90bis fax/modem for faxing or dialing into on-line services. The card is equipped with processors and memory to perform fax modem and network data transmission, alleviating the host computer's CPU workload while freeing up its memory. This PC card has a high-speed 56Kbps fax modem, which also performs error correction and data compression. The card is compatible with Microsoft's Plug-and-Play feature, which allows the PC card installation to be simple and easy. Users just slide the card into any PCMCIA slot and it will intelligently configure and install automatically. For users' convenience, the PC cards are also provided with a menu driven installation program for users running in a NetWare or DOS environment.
