EPSON's CopyFactory software is a new plug and play software solution for large-format printers. EPSON CopyFactory enlarges ordinary-sized documents into larger formats without losing image quality. It delivers an interface between the EPSON range of desktop scanners and large-format printers to enlarge small documents and photographs into large-format documents such as A2 posters with the touch of a button. With the introduction of EPSON's CopyFactory software, large-format printing has just become even simpler. EPSON CopyFactory provides a great simplicity in its system configuration, installation procedure, as well as in its operation, while offering various advanced features to benefit users. Copy Factory allows users who work with large images and have difficulty freeing up disk space on their Mac's and PC's to save on disk space. It eliminates the need for users to save large images to their hard disk as the files are transferred directly from scanner to printer by simply pressing the copy button. The automatic skew correction detects if an image is skewed and corrects the angle, along with the automatic size adjustment function, which recognizes the location and size of the document on the document table and then adjusts the resolution and scale of the image to match. In addition the auto-rotation function rotates the image to match the selected paper size when printing.
