The Epson Color Proofer 9000 combines the large format printing capabilities of the Epson Stylus Pro 9000 with a dedicated PostScript RIP - the Epson RIP Station 5100. Co-developed by Epson, EFI and DuPont and featuring true Adobe PostScript 3, this customized Fiery Color Server optimizes the productivity and color quality of the Epson Stylus Pro 9000. The Color Proofer 9000 is a 44" wide format printer capable of 1440 dpi print quality on media up to 1.5 mm thick. The Color Proofer 9000 incorporates industry standard press simulations and CromaNet profiling technology from DuPont, to produce high quality, accurate and consistent proofs that can be printed on media from A3 to B0+ on cut sheet paper, large format rolls and even Epson Poster Board.
