The C-420Cx cross-cut machine provides continuous-duty, high capacity shredding for multiple users and come equipped with market-leading functionalities and features. Its patent-pending 100% Jam Proof technology prevents over-loading and ensures maximum productivity via unique usage indicators and an auto-correct mechanism. The patent-pending technology, exclusive to Fellowes, detects the thickness of the paper entering the shredder and establishes whether too much has been inserted. It then automatically stops and reverses out the paper. Even if the user misfeeds paper at an angle, or "fast-feeds" sheets before the previous batch has been shredded, this machine will not jam. Unique usage and capacity indicators show whether the user is under-feeding or over-feeding the machine, thus enabling the user to maximize the performance and efficiency of the shredder. The patent-pending Auto-oil mechanism with indicator light which automatically lubricates the cutting system after every 20 uses enhances shredder performance and provides a user-friendly clean and efficient oiling process.
