Grandstream HandyTone 486 is an "All-In-One" VoIP IAD based on SIP standard. Built upon Grandstream's innovative technology HandyTone 486 features superb sound quality, rich functions, high degree of integration, ease of use, compact size, and ultra-affordability. The HandyTone 486 offers built-in router/NAT/DHCP server support with separate WAN and LAN port for IP address sharing with other systems, a universal analog telephone voice port (FXS), a PSTN life line port for automated voice service switching in case of power outage or network disconnection, and a tri-color LED button for message/event indication and manual operation. The built-in router eliminates the need for a separate router when connecting the device to a broadband interface, be it LAN/WLAN, cable modem, or ADSL modem. Also it has Caller Name display, PPPoE, Distinctive ringtone and custom configurable music ring tones, Call Transfer, Call Forwarding, Message Waiting Indication, etc. The all-in-one HandyTone 486 packs extra-ordinary value with superior sound quality, ease of use and great features into a compact and ergonomically designed product that is about the size of a wallet.
