With their elegance, the purity of their lines, their subdued tones, and the harmony of their black and metallic finishes, the two satellite speakers included with the new Hercules XPS 2.140 kit are fully in line with the design trends of today's interiors - both at home and at the office - and high-tech equipment (TV sets, hi-fi systems, computer hardware). The included subwoofer, with its black and metal design, also integrates discreetly into home and office environments. The active subwoofer is made entirely of reinforced wood, with 20 Watts of power for the XPS 2.140. The satellite speakers are magnetically shielded and feature HAT technology, incorporating aluminum into the satellite speaker domes. Conscious of the fact that multimedia users are becoming more and more sensitive in terms of listening quality, Hercules has opted to carry over this procedure used in hi-fi systems and incorporate it into its speaker kits. This innovation allows for better sound dispersion, and sound that is clearer and more enveloping than ever before! Another advantage is the size of the two drivers included in the satellite. Instead of standard size drivers, Hercules has selected drivers 1.5 inches in diameter, in order to ensure truly optimal dispersal of medium and treble frequencies, and full support for the systems' power.
