This 2.1GB ATA-2 IDE hard drive is an option for the ThinkPad 365X/XD series notebooks. Having this hard drive can really increase the value of your notebook. MR head technology enables an inherently more reliable design, lower power requirements and high shock resistance. IBM No-ID formatting provides additional storage efficiency and performance. 13ms average seek time allows fast access to your data. It is customer installable/removable, so customers may have several HDDs for multiple system images or to share a ThinkPad between multiple users. It is 2.5-inch, 12.5 mm high. Power management technology extends the system battery life, significantly reducing typical drive power consumption.
