Hardware Support enhances your product warranty by providing next business day advanced exchange of parts, backed by live 7x24 product return assistance via phone. Hardware support is available for 1 or 3 year terms. Local language support is available during normal business hours. Telephone support outside of these hours is in English only. Intel will use reasonable efforts to ship the necessary replacement part or components to the customer for arrival the next business day. If diagnosis is made after 3:00 p.m. local time, shipment will occur the next business day.
