Comprehensive Support offers next-business-day advanced exchange of parts for your hardware product. A pre-paid return package is included for your failed hardware unit. In addition, you will receive access to live, global phone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For applicable software products or components, Intel offers new software features as they are released, ensuring that you always have the latest upgrades. Intel service specialists are backed by a full escalation process, as well as email and web support. Local language phone support is available during normal business hours. Phone support outside of normal business hours is in English only. Intel will make reasonable efforts to ship the necessary replacement part or components to the customer for arrival on the next business day. If diagnosis is made after 3 pm local time, shipment will occur on the following business day. Delivery may depend on customs delays. Comprehensive support is available for a one year term.
