The Pipeline 85 ISDN bridge/router offers robust remote access capabilities as well as a 4-port Ethernet hub for linking SOHOs and remote offices directly to the Internet or a remote corporate site. Dual analog ports allow users to connect their phone and fax over the same ISDN BRI line used to provide high-speed digital access. Reserve IP addresses from your service provider or use Network Address Translation (NAT) to accept dynamic addresses assigned from a service provider, alleviating the need to lease static IP addresses. In addition, every Pipeline 85 includes Secure VPN Services including firewalls and 40-bit IPSec encryption - a bundling of security features and functionality designed to make remote connectivity simpler, more secure, and more cost-effective than ever by combining a router, firewall, and VPN gateway in one hardware platform.
