The RG-1000 wireless LAN Internet Gateway provides an 11Mb/s wireless local area network for Home and Small Office without the need for additional network cabling in the premises. You can share your computer peripherals and even connect to the Internet with multiple PCs at the same time via a regular phone-line using its embedded V90 (56K) modem or via ADSL, Cable or ISDN modems using the Ethernet port. Operating in the unlicensed 2.4 GHz band, the system gives you the freedom to roam up to 150 meters at 11 Mbit/s, indoors or outdoors. The RG-1000 acts as a central base station for multiple wireless users, each using a PC radio card.
