Net Optics 4xN GigaBit Span SpyderSwitches enhance LAN visibility by providing access across multiple GigaBit Span ports for up to four distributed analyzers. The physical layer connections through the SpyderSwitch eliminate the need to reconnect and reconfigure analyzers for each new monitoring task. This flexibility instantly improves ease of use and return on investment. The 4xN Gigabit Span SpyderSwitch supports simultaneous passive monitoring of any four Span ports connected to the SpyderSwitch, each with a separate distributed analyzer. Monitored Span ports can be selected statically, for automatic roaming, or for a custom monitoring pattern with PortRover management software.
