When you contact Network General PrimeSupport with an issue, you will be asked to participate in some limited phone-based troubleshooting to identify the root cause of the issue. Network General's focus on remote troubleshooting helps minimize overall system downtime by getting the issue fixed remotely. You will help the engineer serve you better if you have your unique Grant ID Number and hardware serial number at hand.
