Because every organization is different, Novell makes each feature available separately, allowing accounts to customize and enhance their service agreements. Novell also invites customers to submit requests for features not listed in the current program. Novell will evaluate each request and determine the feasibility, cost, and delivery method for the requested feature.Personalized account management has proven to be one of the most valuable features of Premium Service. A Service Account Manager (SAM) develops a close working relationship with each of the assigned customers, gaining an in-depth knowledge of their technical support needs.
