Unimessage Pro software is a fully scalable and integrated desktop messaging application that allows most stand-alone OKIFAX and OKIOFFICE models to become fully functioning multifunction peripherals (MFPs). It allows you to use fax, Internet, data, copy, print, scan and e-mail functions all from one system. You can choose which communication method is best for each recipient, and there's no need to open a different application for each form. Unimessage Pro helps you to work faster and better by working in the background. You can configure it to send, receive and automatically route your messages to colleagues and other contacts while you continue to work in other applications. You can also choose to have on-screen notification of the progress it's making as you work. Unimessage Pro also supports inbound and outbound polling, so you can take advantage of cheaper rate periods. Unimessage Pro is designed for use in stand-alone environments.
