Stuffed with technology and design innovations, the first ROCCAT gaming mouse KONE is the only tool to unleash your hidden skills and develop your existing ones to the max. The time of erratic cursor movements when lifting the mouse (pick-up-flight) is now over. The world's first and only Distance Control Unit (DCU) constantly measures the distance of the KONE from the surface. As soon as you lift the mouse, the sensor recognizes this movement and interrupts data transmission to the computer thereby freezing the cursor and giving you a tiny advantage in aiming precision that decides between devastation and victory. The threshold distance can be adjusted according to your preferences in the driver menu. Featuring its own TurboCore processor unit and 96kB of internal memory, this mouse stores macros containing up to 512 key strokes plus timing information for 6 mouse buttons in 5 profiles. Just bring your mouse along to a friend's house or a LAN event and plug it into any computer. You do not need to install the driver to use the macros you have previously stored on the mouse. The special right handed hybrid shape, equally suitable for claw or palm grip, revolutionizes the definition of gaming comfort. The shortened left mouse button and the precisely calculated downward slope towards the right mouse button are the inevitable results of long term research and ergonomics studies. The rubberized top and side surfaces provide maximum grip even in the heat of the final game. Change the look of the KONE to how you want. The light system comprises 5 LEDs which are capable of displaying more than 1000 colors. You can independently change the color of any LED and activate special light effects such as pulsation, heartbeat, rotation or blinking; you can even adjust the effect speed. Naturally, you can simply turn off the lights in case you fancy total darkness. The easy-to-use weight system changes the weight of the KONE within seconds. Chose one of the four weights provided to customize the total weight of the mouse to suit your preferences. It is so easy to change the weights: simply press the weight release button on the underside of the mouse and clip the desired weight into the slot. That's it. No complicated processes involving unplugging and opening the mouse, no loss of warranty - just two clicks and you're done.
