BILLY is a reporting tool which collects the Call Detail Records (CDR) generated by an IP Telephony solution based on Cisco Systems CallManager Express (CME). BILLY allows collecting and filtering of Call Detail Records generated by CME. With Billy it's possible to create and schedule reports in order to analyze and monitor the company telephony traffic. Billy is targeted to the same market range addressed by the CME of Cisco Systems, the small and medium offices. BILLY allows managing a unique archive where call detail records for both incoming and outgoing calls are stored. All the required call details such as calling number, called number, date, time and duration of the call are collected. Billy allows analyzing on line the archive, defining and applying multiple filters and finally exporting the report in both .csv and .pdf formats. Billy also features an option to schedule one shot or recurrent reports generation specifying the time of the day, day of the week and personal filter.
