CONCERTO is an application that allows choosing any kind of audio file as a Music On Hold for an IP Telephony solution based on Cisco Systems Callmanager Express (CME). CONCERTO provides an external IP audio streaming to the CME, which is used as Music On Hold; multiple audio formats are available so the source file could be .wav, .mp3 or even an audio track of Compact Disk inserted in the CD-ROM driver. CONCERTO is targeted to the same market range addressed by the CME of Cisco Systems, the small and medium offices. Concerto allows managing an archive of music files properly coded and ready to be selected as active Music On Hold for the CME system. The system administrator can upload in the archive any kind of .wav or .mp3 file through an easy Web Based graphical interface even working from a remote location.
