The DPP-EX7 combines dye-sublimation technology with built-in photo editing for easy photo quality printing, and no PC is required. Print a 4x6 borderless picture in about 90 seconds. It is no longer necessary to wait for photo processing - just print at home or in the office! Sony's dye-sublimation technology creates continuous tone pictures with 16.7 million colors at 403dpi that rivals traditional photo processing. Super Coat 2 lamination seals the dyes into the print media, helping protect the prints from fading, moisture damage and fingerprints promoting durability and long archival life. The touch-sensitive color LCD lets you display and manage your digital images easily with the supplied stylus.
